Who am I?

Hi! I’m Grace. I’m a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, and for the past few years I’ve been helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at home in their bodies. My background is in Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative yoga, and I use all of that training to create sessions that are both challenging and grounding — always tailored to what you need that day.

My style is supportive, clear, and encouraging. Whether you’re brand-new to movement or already have an established practice, I’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you through sessions that help you reach your goals without feeling overwhelmed. With a background in psychology and experience teaching in both studios and university settings, I focus on creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where you can build confidence, strength, and consistency.
